From the San Diego Freeway (405):
Take Wilshire Boulevard offramp east. Travel east. At the third traffic light, turn left onto Westwood Boulevard. Proceed across LeConte Avenue and at the next light, Medical Plaza Drive, turn left and follow the ramp down to the parking lot below. Additional entrance is found north of LeConte Avenue on Gayley Avenue, two blocks west of Westwood Plaza. It is approximately 15 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport.
From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX):
Take the San Diego Freeway northbound to Wilshire Boulevard east, and continue as described above.
From the East via the 10 (Santa Monica Freeway):
Take 10 (Santa Monica Fwy) East to 405 (San Diego Fwy) North, and exit on Wilshire Boulevard east. Continue as described above.

Parking
Parking at Medical Plaza is available for patients being seen at one of the outpatient clinics. For current parking rates and more information, go to Patient Parking or call (310) 206-7275. Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 5:30 am - 6:00 pm
Arriving for your Appointment
Your outpatient appointment is in 300 UCLA Medical Plaza, Suite B200, Neurological Services, on the B1 level. Present the front desk with your authorization information (if you have HMO insurance) and other insurance information. Be aware that if you do not have an authorization or proper insurance identification, you will be expected to pay for the visit at the time of service.

Therefore, due to the unpredictable nature of the practice, we would like to mention that we cannot guarantee that you will be seen at your scheduled time. Although we make a sincere effort to see our patients at their appointed time, there is a possibility that your outpatient clinic appointment may be delayed, or canceled and rescheduled. Please keep this in mind if your appointment is delayed.
