Arachnoid Cyst ICA Injury

Synopsis: 66 year-old female diagnosed with intrasellar cyst. Underwent a TNTS operation at an outside hospital, complicated by an internal carotid artery injury. Patient developed a delayed pseudoaneurysm that was treated using endovascular coiling. Discussion of differential diagnosis of intrasellar cysts and endovascular management of ICA injuries.
